QPI (An LLC of Al Qudra & Projacs International) is in the business of satisfying its client’s needs with unified and complete solutions to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to an excellent standard of quality.

QPI procedures, policy and quality services are based on those of its shareholder, Projacs International, who has a successful track record in the field of project and construction management over a quarter of a century. Most core QPI staff have come from this shareholder, bringing with them their heavy experience and expertise in the field.

This way, QPI can provide a project team with right mix of experience on a very short notice to deliver project management and construction supervision consultancy services on the project.

• Flexibility:  QPI will provide a project team with right mix of experience on a very short notice, in order to deliver single or combination of professional services, thus providing full flexibility to its clients or professional associates on project delivery leadership or project delivery collaboration. QPI can adopt to specific service requirements from pre- construction to post construction services, as designers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and/or project and construction managers.

• Rapid Deployment:  QPI is able to deploy its resources rapidly for the project and to ensure that the assignment tasks are fully responsive to the project needs.

• Experience:  We have a demonstrated track record of identifying and working with over 100 of the leading qualified International and Arab design firms and contractors available in the Middle East. We will use our familiarity of the local & international materials & products to support proper selection, based on project quality and schedule demands. 
   

• Proven Performance:  We have proven ability to manage  design and construction services continuously since 1984 as Projacs International in the Middle East, delivering over US$ 40 Billion worth of major commercial, institutional, residential, governmental and industrial projects.
