Design Review
The sole purpose of Design Review will be to insure that the design documentation prepared by the Consultant:
a) fulfills Owner's stated goals and objectives
b) is coordinated and reasonably complete, and
c) fulfills the project requirements in terms of quality, scope, cost,
time and compliance with regulatory entities.
The most important pre-requisite for the success of a project is to analyze and ascertain the project requirements and what is to be done to fulfill them.

In order to formalize, record and better organize the design review effort, QPI has implemented a comprehensive design review system, which incorporates internationally recognized reference standards, checklist, guides, forms and logs which provide the management tools to carry out design review.
