Facilities Management is an internationally recognized profession that encompasses multiple disciplines, in order to ensure optimum functionality of the built environment, by integrating people, places, processes and technology for the delivery of "non core” support services to clients, customers and business partners.  

The object is to help each Client reaching the best solution for running the building in the most successful way that enables him to satisfy his tenants and at the same time make sure of getting the best available choice, commercially and technically.  

The first stage will start by identifying the exact situation of the building and coming out with the best specifications to be noted by the tender documents.  

The second stage will make sure that all agreed conditions and targets are met and delivered by contractors. During the years to come, the Client will make sure that the life cycle of the building and level of services performance is according to latest international developments of Facilities Management.
