Supervision Consultancy

Supervision Consultant will administer the construction contracts and ensure that the contractual clauses for both quality and specifications of work are complied with and the works are constructed in accordance with the provisions of the construction contracts.    Some specific responsibilities during the construction phase but are not limited to:  

• Discipline coordination
• Document Checking
• Agency consulting/ review/ approval
• Interpretations and decisions
• Project site supervision
• Submittal services
• Testing and inspection administration
• Supplemental documentation
• Review and advice on proposal requests and variation orders, both time and cost
• Field verification for quantities of materials installed/ work performed
• Assistance with the optional value engineering
• Furniture, fixtures and equipment installation administration
• Inspections of Contractor’s work
• Notification and management of defects and non-conformance items
• Final Inspection of the Work
• Issuance of the Final Certificate(s) for Payment
• Project Closeout Assistance
• Issuance of Certificates of Substantial Completion
